    The City Council meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month at City Hall, 20195 Holyoke Ave. If a holiday occurs on the meeting date, the Council meets on the following evening. Council meetings are televised on Government Channel 180 and are also available for online viewing.

    Boys and girls who are interested in improving their skills while having fun playing basketball.   5. Grand Masters of Chess

    Youth Enrichment League’s summer chess camp works with all levels of students. Beginners learn piece movement, capturing, check, checkmate, castling and more; returning students study intermediate lessons such as pins, forks and back bank mates. Advanced students will study elimination of defense, opening theory and other advanced concepts. We will hold an in-class tournament the last day of class. Battle summer brain drain and procure the necessary tools to win at chess!

  8. Skate Start Camp

    Ages 5-10

    This awesome camp is geared toward beginning skateboarders. Using the unique Skate Start skateboard (provided at the camp) you will learn how to push and roll the skateboard using proper technique and foot placement enabling you to progress to rolling and ollying. Campers are required to bring a helmet, water and snack. We provide the board and all safety pads. Register by Monday, June 12.
