  1. Cheerleading, Dance, Tumbling Camp

    Ages 4-8

    Children will participate in learning motion/jump techniques and sideline/performance cheers. On the final day participants will perform a cheerleading program in front of their friends. Participants will receive pom-poms.

  2. Lacrosse Camp

    Ages 5-12

    The fastest growing team sport in America! This camp is designed for both girls and boys. Non-contact lacrosse, also known as “soft lacrosse,” is played. Individual skills taught include catching, throwing, scooping and cradling. Campers will be divided by age and skill level. All equipment is provided.

  3. Lynch Tennis Lessons

    In a fun, energetic atmosphere your child will learn or improve upon stroke production, footwork, strategies of the game and play games using low compression, age-appropriate balls that get them playing quicker. Children will be separated by age and skill level. 6 kids to 1 instructor.

  4. Multi Sport Camp

    Ages 6-12

    This full-day camp offers a wide variety of sports and activities that your child can explore in a fun and interactive setting. We will focus on teaching skills in soccer, basketball and flag football and will also break things up throughout the day with camp games like Capture the Flag, Ultimate Frisbee and a few others. These camps tend to fill up quickly, so register as soon as possible. Each camper will receive a sport ball, t-shirt and merit award. Please bring two snacks, lunch, water bottle and appropriate athletic wear.

  6. Rock Climbing Summer Camp

    Ages 5-11

    Camp provides children an opportunity to learn techniques for indoor rock climbing. Program is perfect for first-time climbers to kids who have climbed before. Camp focuses on harnessing , knot tying, top-rope climbing and bouldering, as well as climbing games. Our instructor will teach climbers the basics of climbing movement and some simple techniques to help improve their abilities. Climbers are divided into appropriate age and skill level groups. Daily snack is provided.
