Lakeville City Code

Recently passed ordinances are placed in a pending codificaition folder located in red at the beginning of the table of contents with corresponding notations at the code section affected – if no pending folder is showing, then the code is current with all legislation. These ordinances are retained in this folder until the official hard copy of the code has been updated (which happens approximately 3 times a year) at which time they are removed from the pending folder and placed in their proper location.
