Parks & Recreation Director
The City of Lakeville (pop. 59,000+) seeks an experienced leader with a dynamic vision to guide the growth of this family-friendly community and serve as its Parks & Recreation Director. Responsible for overall management, direction, and leadership of the City’s parks and recreation operations. Manages a $3.5 million budget and 24.3 FTEs. Reports to the City Administrator. Salary $98,211 - $117,836, DOQ. Bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation, administration or a related public management field and increasingly responsible experience in a leadership role.
